Drop off Times

Please note the dates of both drop off and pick-up for 2023. There have been some changes in the schedule for consistency. Drop-off will be on a Sunday for every session and pick-up will be on a Friday for every session.

Drop off and pick up will be at the T. Grace Macdonald Lodge for the Arbutus Lake site and Bonbright Lodge at the Torch Lake site. Signs and staff will direct you to the proper location.

Please always respect the 5 MPH speed limit on the camp roads.

2023 will once again be a staggered start for our campers. Therefore, please observe the schedule below as closely as possible. If your family requires alternate arrangements, they must be made in advance with the Camp Director.

We encourage our parents to go to the cabin to meet your campers Cabin Leaders and get them settled in the cabin.  It is important to start the camp experience right away, so we ask you to get your camper settled, give hugs and head out.

If you have two or more campers of different grades, please use the time slot assigned to the youngest camper in your group. You will be able to drop off all campers at once.

If you have campers at Arbutus Lake and Torch Lake, please drop off the oldest camper(s) first and then proceed to the other location.

For campers finishing 9th–11th grade starting at 2:00

For campers finishing 6th–8th grade – starting at 2:30

For campers finishing 3rd-5th grades– starting at 3:15

Campers can be ready as early as 9:30 (or sooner) with prior notification.

We encourage you to touch base with your campers’ Division Leader and Cabin Leader to learn about the session, trip details, and dates. Be sure to collect the program information sheet with these details for you to take home. Please be efficient with this transition as we want to give our staff as much time off as possible so they can be rested and get the appropriate time off.
