Arrival
The day camp program starts at 9:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, but families can start arriving as early as 8:30 a.m. each morning.
So that the program can start, we ask that families depart soon after dropping off their campers. A smooth family departure will help younger campers adapt to the program more quickly.
Pick-Up
The day camp program concludes at 4:30 pm, we ask that families plan to pick up their campers no later than 5:00 pm.
Check-out is mandatory for all campers. To be sure that we are releasing all campers to the appropriate caregivers, all families must check out with us – showing a government-issued photo ID – before leaving camp with their camper.
If someone other than the primary caregiver (as indicated in your account) is picking up your camper, we cannot release them without your permission. Please make sure that they are listed as an authorized pickup and know to bring a government-issued photo ID.
Early Pick-Up and Departure
We can accommodate early pick-ups with advance notice. Camp Torch Hayo-Went-Ha is a large camp and we ask for your patience in the event that you need to pick your camper up early on short notice. Please contact us.
