Releasing Campers

The State of Michigan requires that YMCA Hayo-Went-Ha Camps have written permission from parent(s) or legal guardian(s) to release a camper to ANYONE else (this includes grandparents). 

Please update the “Pick-up Authorization” form and add anyone other than the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) who has the authority to pick up your camper. (Even Grandparents). Contact the Camp Registrar if you need to update your online pick-up form, as the form will need to be reopened. Please email the Camp Directors should you have any important information to relay, regarding the pick up of your camper.
