SUMMARY:Hayo-Hike Torch lake
DESCRIPTION:Hayo-Hike Day Is Going National (and International!) \nOn April 25\, the Hayo-Went-Ha Camps community will be gathering across the country\, and even around the world\, for National Hayo-Hike Day. From coast to coast\, alumni\, families\, and friends are coming together to get outside\, reconnect\, and celebrate the camp spirit. \nEach hike is uniquely led by members of our alumni community and reflects the love of connection that defines Hayo-Went-Ha Camps. \nThe Torch Lake location is a great Hayo-Hike destination for all who are in teh general camp area. It is a great opportunity to share stories\, build connections\, and celebrate camp. This is a great way to honor Earth Day and the official kick off of the Summer Dreams Campership and Equipment Drive that was launched on April 22nd.  \nWe can’t wait to see photos and stories from across the country and beyond as we celebrate together on April 25. \nOther Hayo-Hike Day Locations – April 25 \nWe’re excited to share the growing list of Hayo-Hike gatherings happening across the country (and beyond). Each location is hosted by members of our camp community and offers a unique way to connect\, explore\, and celebrate camp. \nAnn Arbor\, MichiganHosted by Emma Macaluso11:00 AMUniversity of Michigan Nichols Arboretum1610 Washington Heights\, Ann Arbor\, MI \nAtlanta\, GeorgiaHosted by Ani Hildebrandt and Chris Holter10:00 AMIsland Ford at the Chattahoochee River8800 Roberts Drive\, Sandy Springs\, GAMeet outside the Visitor Center \nArbutus Lake (Camp AHWH)Hosted by Mackenzie “MackMo” Morrison2:00 PMMeet at the Camp Office \nTorch Lake (Camp THWH)Hosted by Jack LaGoy2:00 PMMeet at the Camp Office \nChicago\, IllinoisHosted by Connor CronanDetails coming soon \nCincinnati\, OhioHosted by Mimi DyerDetails coming soon \nCleveland\, OhioHosted by Doug Vahey4:00 PM ETSalt Run Trail (5K with shorter option)Cuyahoga Valley National Park1000 Truxell Road\, Peninsula\, OH \nFort Collins\, ColoradoHosted by Meg VanOsdol1:00 PMPoudre TrailMeet at the parking lot (link to map provided) \nNew York City\, New YorkHosted by Brad Middlekauff2:00 PMCentral Park – Fred Lebow StatueEast 90th Street and 5th Avenue \nPortland\, OregonHosted by Nat Mitchell\, Kyla Louis\, Christa Shier\, and Carson Keene10:00 AMOaks Bottom Wildlife RefugeNorth Parking & Trailhead \nSeattle\, WashingtonHosted by Lucy Portman1:00 PMDiscovery Park – North Parking Lot \nWashington\, DC AreaHosted by Casey and Hadley Robinson10:00 AMNational ArboretumMeet in the parking lot off R Street (near the Bonsai Garden/Admin Building) \nAustralia (International Hayo-Hike!)Hosted by Eliza Flower and Ellie Cameron-KreppDetails coming soon \nFinal details for a few locations are still being confirmed\, and we’ll continue to share updates as they come in.
